We treat your privacy as our own.
We will not sell your information or digital data.
What do we gather
Only information you consent to giving us is gathered & kept. For example, your name and contact information is saved in our ticketing & billing systems. We do not collect more information than strictly necessary to conduct business with us.
Contact with us (via phone calls, emails, and the “contact us” form) may be logged and automatically screened for spam.

If necessary to complete work, your digital data (e.g., files such as pictures and documents) may be temporarily stored on our hardware. For example, to complete data recoveries and transfers, we must first store your data on our equipment. Digital data retrieved during work is never shared, sold, or manipulated.
Who we share your data with
Information may be shared with subcontractors if they have been hired to work on your project. For example, an electrician hired to run wiring for your security cameras or the data recovery labs we partner with.
Only information strictly necessary to complete their work is shared. E.g., an electrician will need to know your address, but doesn’t need to know your phone number.
How long we retain your data
Basic information, such as your name, phone number, and email address may be retained indefinitely.
Digital data retrieved during work, such as pictures for a data recovery or files transferred to a new computer, are retained for the duration stated in the final invoice. This is typically 30 days. We do this to provide a backup in case of disaster; for example, if water is spilled on your new laptop after we recovered data from your old laptop.
Digital data retrieved during work is never shared, sold, or manipulated.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Emails may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
